Can I pre-wash my own fiber?
Please contact us if you would like to prewash. If you prewash your fibers, but they require additional washing, there will be a washing charge. Please don’t use conditioner, fabric softeners, & oils or we will have to rewash the fiber. Standard washing charges apply.

What if I want to cancel my order after my fiber has already been shipped or dropped off?
